Yes it is. your data are transmitted via SSL encryption. When paying with Visa or Mastercard only transactions using the Safe Electronic Commerce system (CES, by its acronym in Spanish) will be accepted. Thus, once having verified that the card is adhered to the CES system, it will connect to the bank that issued the card in order for the transaction to be authorized. Once the bank confirms the authenticity, the amount will be charged fro the card. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Yes. After receiving your confirmation order, you will receive a notice to inform you that your order is being shipped. You will be given a locator number that enables you to track the shipping at any time via https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html. Tilco Balloons do not cancel orders, modify orders or exchange products in an order once they are submitted and prior to shipping. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, you will need to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if our return policy allows) for an online store credit. Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Delivery time will depend on the destination.

Tilco Balloons ships only in the US. The orders we received by 1:00PM PST, Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00PM PST ship the next business day. If items on your order are out-of-stock, you will be notified by our Customer Service Dept and the item will be canceled from the order immediately. Tilco Balloons does not ship on weekends. We do not offer Sunday or holiday shipment arrivals. Please contact us regarding any other additional information at: admin@tilcoballoons.com
